3 months!

This baby girl is 3 months old!  As many of you know, newborns aren't my thing - I remember thinking - "Oh, I can't wait until she's 3 months...it will be so much easier then!"  It is!  She is such a sweet girl- she'll make any day better, and melt your heart while she's at it!

She has a happy disposition.  Currently, she's not into other people.  She prefers being handled by those she knows best.  She eats about 5 ounces every three hours.  Goes to bed at 6:00 p.m. and wakes at 6:00 a.m. on weekdays (because we wake her) and wakes at 7:30 or 8:00 on weekends - with usually one feeding at night (sometimes none!).  She wears size 1-2 diapers (probably should be wearing 2s, but you know...got use up what you've got), 3-6 month clothes, and still - no shoes fit her.

We think her eyes may stay blue and her hair seems to be a light brown with some shades of red.  I clip her nails about every other day...I wish her hair would grow like her nails do!

Kara loves her brother - he makes her laugh out loud.  When he's in the room, she's always trying to maintain focus on him (or the TV -she's like her mama)!

She also loves sitting in the Bumbo - and even though she's still a tad small, she loves the Johnny Jumper.  She giggles as she bounces around.
