My family has a bassinet that has been around for 60 years! My grandmother's sister was the first to sleep in the bassinet nearly 60 years ago! Since then, every baby born in the family sleeps in the bassinet the first few weeks of their life. My mom, my sisters, me - all of my sisters' kids, aunts, unlces, cousins, and great aunts and great uncles. The bassinet has seen a lot, including the family cat! Every cat to date has also inspected the bassinet prior to the baby's arrival. Rex gave the okay like the many cats before him!
